Torta al testo, also known as Crescia, is a typical food product of Umbrian gastronomy. With its flat and round shape, and its simple and genuine flavour, it represents the perfect accompaniment to cured meats, cheeses, vegetables and cooked meats.
Our Torta al Testo comes to life, as tradition dictates, from wheat flour, water and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
