Product of the ancient Umbrian cuisine, the coppa is a cured meat obtained by cooking lean pork, flavored with citrus fruits and flavored with local spices. It is recommended sliced or diced, alone or accompanied by bread, bruschetta or hot testo cake. Also ideal for seasoning first courses such as polenta.
