Shipping fees

Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 5 working days. For all orders placed with shipment to Italy, the cost of transport starts from €6.00 including special packaging, while outside Italy the shipping costs are calculated in bands.

Free shipping

Shipping is free for orders over 79.00 Euros in Italy and over 120.00 Euros in Europe.

Delivery

Battilani Sapori, through the Bartolini courier, both for Italy and abroad, delivers the products ordered by the Customer to the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order. The goal is to always safeguard the product, guaranteeing its perfect conservation throughout the journey: for this reason, dry ice is used as a refrigerant when necessary. The utmost care is also taken in the packaging of the products, to preserve the contents not only from sudden changes in temperature but also from accidental knocks. Furthermore, by also leaving a telephone number when ordering, it will be easier for the courier to find you if there is a need.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will indicate the tracking number, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time, and the courier's contact information.
If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification times (e.g. bank transfer), your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

ATTENTION

Due to the restrictions imposed by the American Food and Drugs Administration on the importation of food and wine products throughout the USA, Battilani Sapori does not ship cured meats to the USA, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America.

Shipping outside the EU

We remind you that for all shipments destined for non-EU countries, the recipient is required to pay the VAT and the customs duty in force in his own country.
